<p>To use this app, you must have the ManageEngine OpManager server running. OpManager is a comprehensive network monitoring software that provides advanced fault and performance management capabilities for critical IT resources such as routers, WAN links, switches, firewalls, VoIP call paths, physical servers, virtual servers, domain controllers, and other IT infrastructure devices. This app allows you to access your machine setup if you already have OpManager installed on-premises. It is specifically designed for Apple devices (iPad and iPhone) and enables data center administrators to stay connected to their IT infrastructure from anywhere and at any time. With this app, you can quickly access the OpManager on-premises tool to view device performance and troubleshoot faults instantly. It is important to note that this app requires OpManager and cannot be used as a stand-alone solution.</p>

  <li>Show alarms and their causes based on time and severity (Critical, Warning, or Attention)</li>
  <li>List all down devices and their corresponding alarms in your network</li>

  <li>Perform Ping, Traceroute, and Workflow actions on devices</li>
  <li>Take actions such as Clear Alarm, Acknowledge Alarm, Delete Alarm, and Add Notes on alarms</li>
  <li>Receive push notifications for timely updates on events generated in the OpManager server</li>
  <li>Execute actions using Siri Shortcuts to show a list of down devices and filter alarms by severity, category, time, acknowledged/unacknowledged</li>
  <li>Add a widget on the Today view for a quick overview of daily alarms</li>

  <li>Support for APM Plugin</li>
  <li>Support for Https</li>
